At its origins, a blog was simply a personal diary. Perhaps I should say “dear diary” or “hello everyone”, but I prefer to be direct: this site aims to be a blog in the true sense of the word. The diary where I express my thoughts and share them with you.
You won’t find a comments section. Not because I fear haters—those can be disarmed with humor—but because automated bots make management frustrating and often pointless. What I truly want is for my thoughts, stories, and ideas to reach you, spark reflections, and leave mental connections free to form. Sometimes they’ll fall into the void, other times they’ll help, and in others… who knows.
If you want to discuss them, the channels are there and go far beyond comments. I love chatting, exploring topics in depth, even debating passionately. Discussion is wonderful when it has solid foundations and meaning, even with diametrically opposed opinions.
This rambling had a purpose: to tell you what this space will be and promise that I’ll do everything to keep it updated and communicate with you. Hoping that, stone after stone—or rather, step by step—a broader and more interesting network will form.
I spent this weekend organizing the site, and here I am at day’s end (well, it’s already Monday now), publishing the first welcome post.
Good morning. Or rather, good night given the hour.
Welcome to Frammenti.
